Visa information

Most of those attending PST'11 will need a Russian entry visa, issued by the Russian Consulate in their home country. Before you apply for a visa you will need a to obtain a formal invitation letter issued by the organizers or Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs or a voucher from an authorized travel agency or from the hotel. If necessary, the Local Organizing Committee of PST'11 can help to obtain such invitation. To get it each attendee has to send by e-mail to the conference organizers a scanned copy of the main page of his/her passport together with completed Visa Support Form. The same information is required for each of accompanying person.

Please, notice, that issuing such invitation and delivery of original copies requires time (at least six weeks or more). The interested persons are encouraged to deliver the enumerated information before …(deadline).

We strongly recommend that international participants applying for Russian visas should start the process well in advance. To enter the Russian Federation (RF) a delegate needs to apply for a Business Visa at the nearest Russian Consulate in his/her country. Here are main counties listed.
