On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee, we would like to remind you that the 14th International Workshop on Polarized Sources, Targets & Polarimetry (PSTP'2011) will be held in St. Petersburg, Russia from 12 to 16 of September 2011.
LanguageThe official language of the Workshop will be English.
PublicationThe contributions presented will be published soon after the Workshop in hardcopy and electronic form (DVD) and one copy of the Proceedings will be sent out to all the registered participants.
Transportation and AccommodationTransportation from and to the airport will be provided. There are many local hotels ($80-$110/night) within 15-minute walking distance from the workshop site. The hotel information and recommendations is available on our web site.
ClimateThe average temperature in September in St. Petersburg is about 11 - 15 degrees Celsius in the daytime and about 8 - 10 in the nighttime. The weather is sometimes rainy and windy.
Registration and VisaA registration is open now and will be available on the workshop website till 1st of August 2011.
To arrange visa support the participants are kindly requested to provide the Organizing Committee with their personal data (see Visa application form on the web site) and electronic copy of their passports before June, 30.
We would like to ask participants who do not have a valid visa to visit Russian Federation to register and fill visa application form online in advance, because it could take quite long to get a visa (more than a month).
